Q: How long will it take to receive my products?
A: Our products are handmade to order and done in batches. We ship out 5-7 business days after the order is placed. All orders placed on or after Friday will ship out the following Monday morning. This does not count holidays. Orders placed during a sale may take up to 10 business days to process and ship.
Q: Do you accept Paypal?
A: Yes for your shopping conveience we do accept paypal as a payment option the option to choose Paypal is offered during checkout.
Q: Do you accept checks & money orders?
A: At this time we do not accept money orders or checks.
Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: 6 months. Shelf life can be shortened or lengthened depending on the storage conditions. Store in a cool, dry location. Refrigeration is not necessary.
Q: Why are my products sometimes a slightly different color then a previous order?
A: Our products are handmade using natural ingredients. Artificial dyes are never used in our products. Shades, tints & colors vary naturally in nature and since our products are created and derived from natural sources it can be expected to sometime recieve a batch that may be slightly darker/lighter than what you previously recieved.
Q: Are your products available in salons or stores?
A: At this time our products are only available at our online store but will be available in your local shops at a later date.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, we currently ship to Canada, UK, Virgin Islands (British) and more. If you are an international customer and would like to purchase but can't find your destination in the shipping section. please contact us and it will be added asap. Thank you!
Q: Are your products natural?
A: Our products are 98% natural. The ingredients are natural or derived from a natural source, however the preservatives are not natural. To ensure the shelf life of our products a broad spectrum preservative is used to keep, mold, fungus, bacteria and others things from growing in your products.
Q: What shipping services do your offer?
A: Currently we ship via USPS Priority & Express. FedEx will be added at a later date. Shipping Insurance is not included in the shipping price but it is offered and recommended.
